Inspire Bootcamp, Northern New Jersey’s most supportive exercise program, is launching a new behavior-based weight loss program on Monday, January 9th. The program, “New Year’s Revolution”, is the perfect complement to Inspire’s safe and efficient, interval-training-based fitness program. Bergen County is buzzing about this unique group exercise program, and it's no wonder why. It is not your typical boot camp. Participants get fit without getting screamed at, utilizing sports movement skill progressions instead of the typical "Paris Island" styled repetitive calisthenics.
New Year’s Revolution uses several evidence-based behavioral strategies that have proven successful in helping even “hard losers” gain control of their body weight. The program is available exclusively for Inspire Bootcamp participants at a commitment fee of $100, but participants who meet Inspire’s success criteria and complete the program receive a full reimbursement of their commitment fee.
New Year’s Revolution will run from January 9th through April 30th, 2012. Participants may enroll anytime in January. To be eligible for the program, participants must be enrolled and participate in Inspire Bootcamp. Inspire Bootcamp sessions are available on M-W-F at 6am, 8am, or 9am, at it's indoor turf field at 107 Pleasant Avenue in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey.

Inspire Bootcamp sessions and its New Year’s Revolution program are conducted and delivered by 30-year veteran trainer, Neal Pire, NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine. Neal has worked extensively with athletes at all levels – from the developmental Pee-Wee Soccer player, to the Olympic figure skater, to the NFL Pro football player. He has served on the Sports Medicine Team for USA Track and Field and the New York City Marathon, and is currently a Strength and Conditioning Specialist for USA Swimming’s Sports Medicine and Science Network. Inspire Bootcamp brings his unique training philosophy to Weekend Warriors who will get the benefit of improved agility and "sport-speed", in addition to enhanced physical conditioning.
Bootcamp sessions are challenging and vigorous, but specific exercise progressions are adjusted for those participants with special needs. A favorite among Baby Boomers, Inspire Bootcamp has "inspired" participants with heart disease, low back pain, diabetes, hip replacement, and even one with advanced arthritis, on verge of getting a knee replacement.
With the Inspire Bootcamp, you will have to fight fatigue, but you won't have to fight the elements, because the Inspire Bootcamp is offered indoors. Forget the rain, early morning darkness, wild animals or goose poop you encounter outside. Come inside Inspire's spacious indoor turf training center and enjoy a no-frills, safe, effective workout that will get you in shape fast!
