OK everyone - let's get this going!
I'm in the UK, so I'm a few hours ahead, but, basically, it's nearly Friday.
The plan is simple: we record what we eat (and drink) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the idea being that this might make us think twice about overindulging. You can post on each day of the weekend, but for some of you I guess that might not be practical - no problem if you can't post until Monday. If you'd like to go into more detail about calories etc, then please feel free. And i you want to post any exercise you do, then feel free to do that too.
