Happy Holidays Reg! Hope you have a great Christmas! :)

One more thing I need to finish up here and then I'm bugging out for a much needed two week vacation.

I'll be in and out of the "tubes" so eat, drink, be merry, and train (or not)!

I'm about ready to call it quits for a few days, too. Hoping to get a few workouts in, but won't stress much if I don't. Have a wonderful holiday everyone!!!
