I'm 5'10 and Like 200Lbs. Yes I am Over Weight, But i am Working On That. Any Help On How I can Lose Weight and Become Faster, Stronger, and Jump Higher? Any Help Would Be Appreciated. I'm a Good Ball Player All-Around. Basketball Would Be Easier If I Was Quicker.
Check out plyometrics and/or Crossfit programs. I'd suggest looking these up on YouTube, so you can see exactly how the exercises work. Both will help you achieve your goals of weight loss and explosive ability. Good luck in your training!
