Drop 3rd Strike

Does anyone know rules for drop 3rd strike?  I know if 1rst base is occupied then she is automatically out at the plate. Bases loaded 1 out, girl strikes out and catcher drops it.   Catcher is confused b/c her coach tells her to step on home plate.  Other coach yells for her girl to run, catcher throws to 1rst, runner steals home, first baseman throws home, girl who struck out runs to 2nd causing catcher to throw down.  Another run scores.  Ump calls everyone safe except the girl who struck out who is now standing on 2nd.  Is this the right call   Please explain.

    I'm a bit confused by your scenario. A dropped 3rd strike, w/ bases loaded with less than 2 outs, batter is out and nobody should be throwing anywhere.

     

    If catcher started throwing ball around and runners advanced, they are free to do so except for batter. She is/was out and shouldn't be on base paths.
