I have been reading a lot about how yoga can help athletes. I read how a lot of the best players in the NBA use yoga a lot. I was wondering if there was any yoga workout specifically designed for bball thsat i could get for free. I know about yoga hoops but i dont want to pay the $20 for the dvd and find out that its not as good as i want. Thanks for the help!
Another great benefit of yoga poses are the way they warm up the muscles. The muscle needs to have increased blood flow in order to warm up before other physical activity. If the muscle is not warmed, it will not stretch and move the way it may need to in order to perform in the sport of choice.
