Decent event for its "1st annual". I imagine that any issues they may have had will be assessed and fixed for next year!  Peace Racing has the opportunity for an advantage here, as we found it was the only St. Patrick's Day race in the Cleveland area!

Thought this was a very good event. I expected there to be some hiccups as this was the 1"st annual". The course was good and appreciated all the help from the local police closing down the roads. Afterwards was a little frustrating we waited around Sullivan's hoping to find out results and see how everyone did. But it was such a crowded mess with runners and patrons everywhere. We ended up waiting outside then eventually left. But these are only minor issues. Overall we had a really good experience.

Great first race and turnout for a new race company, nice to see some new competition in Cleveland.  Only wish for next year is for the race to be closer to the actual 5k distance.  This year, the police helping with the race really pushed up the start line because of all the people, which shortened the race to about 2.9 miles.  Otherwise great long sleeve shirt and after race gathering at Sullivans.  Also fun to run a new race route in Lakewood vs. pretty much every race (besides the summer meltdown and eagles on foot) which leaves from Lakewood park.
