Its Friday and early. I'm heading out for a 7-miler. Maybe I'll throw in a couple of miles of tempo if my legs feel reasonably fresh. I won't know until I get started.

 

Hope everyone training for the MCM gets in good runs today.

    I did a early track workout this morning:  20 mins warm up then 5 x 5 mins at threshold with 90 sec rest between, then 3 X400 running the strights and jogging the curves.  I paced a couple of gals doing a brike workout when they their 800's. Ended with a little over 7, I felt great this morning after feeling like **** yesterday.

    I did 4 miles with some hill repeats on Friday. Still felt a little tired from Sunday's half. It hasn't been a great week for me.
