So, I ran my first "chipped" 5k, and would love to claim my results for my active.com profile.  When I go to the race site, there is a link to claim results, and when I do that, I get an error message that my information doesn't match my active.com profile. And, then in parentheses...the word "gender."  So...I went back into my active profile, and sure enough, I had not selected a gender.  I have since done that...but it still won't let me claim that result.  Are there any suggestions?
