Hi everyone..I'm due to run a marathon in exactly 1 week tomorrow. Training has been going OK up until tapering. I seem to have a new pain in my legs/bum/hips every run I go on and feel genrally stiff and out of breath even after a measly 5 miler!
I thought maybe this feeling would go away but my legs just seem to be tight and stiff and I am lathargic on my runs and it feels like im hauling two bits of deadwood for legs around. I don't understand whats going on and I starting to seriously doubt whether I can complete the marathon when I can barely get round 5 miles. I'm going crazy trying to think whats going on??
Would much appreciate any advice on this or if anyone has had anything similar? Thanks in advance :-)
