Curious if any of you know 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michael? Im trying to run for 30 minutes (now at week 9 with c25K) 2 to 3o times a week and do the SHRED daily for 30 days (started April 1st). WIth all that I hope I will at least lose weight and inches off my (mostly) the tummy area! Anyway - does this sound like Im doing too much?? I also have a 5K race coming up next week on the 14th!!
That's awesome your combing the two. 30DS is a very effective work out program. If you commit to clean eating, doing 30DS 5-6 days a week you'll reach your goals in no time!

Im now actually on Day 13 Level 2 of the SHRED... feeling good but sore!!!
Tomorrow am going to run a 5K race! Any tips for me? Wish me luck and am hoping to see some improvement from doing the SHRED!
