Boston Marathon Brain and Mental Strategies explained

Hello all of you marathoners!  Whether you're running Boston or another major (or minor), you know that running is in your head.  I've been the psychologist for the Boston Marathon medical team for over a decade and am also on Runner's World magazine Scientific Advisory Board.  I've pulled together a video called Boston Marathon Brain Strategies.  It's free, only six minutes, and has lots of input and feedback from runners just like you and me.  Here's the link:  http://bit.ly/HnwPMY  Remember, negative thoughts make your shoes heavy!  Regards,  Dr. Jeff Brown
