Hi! Curious if any of you know 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michael? Im trying to run for 30 minutes (now at week 9 with c25K) 2 to 3o times a week and do the SHRED daily for 30 days (started April 1st). WIth all that I hope I will at least lose weight and inches off my (mostly) the tummy area! Anyway - does this sound like Im doing too much?? I also have a 5K race coming up next week on the 14th!!
