Last week ended up being a no-workout week. Between my youngest son having an ear infection, sleeping horribly, having a bunch of appointments and my mom visiting, there are no time/motivation in me.
But today I went to the gym and did week 3 day 1. I was able to pick up where I left off. I struggled in the middle of the final jog interval so I just looked away from the time and next time I glanced down I just had a few seconds left.
My weight is down a bit. Having company, I think I ate less than when I am home alone with my kids. But this is weight that I had lost a month or so ago and then regained. Hopefully this time it will stay off.
