What's going on? I've done this race the last 5 years and it has been one of my favorite races on the calendar. By this time, I've always received e-mails about the race but this year there have been no e-mails, it's not listed anywhere but here and their website has last year's information on it. Is it happening?
This was a very fun, well organized and orchestrated race. Everyone was so friendly, ever effort was made to sure participants had a fun and enjoyable race. I will definitely be running the Pride Run again next year!
I ran the 10K with friends. It was great fun. Perfect weather. Great organization. Lovely people. Thanks to the organizers and the people who came out to cheer us on and to the officers who blocked off the streets and kept everyone safe. I'll be doing it next year.
This was a great event! It was well-organized and simple to follow. This was my first 10k and I did it solo - but certainly felt encouraged by the rest of the group and the event volunteers and staff. It wasn't too crowded, which I enjoyed. (note, the 1 star review was given before the race and about advertising, not about the race itself)
Have done this race for years. Very friendly club, well-organized, great kids race, great medals, race is hand-timed and 5K results were up faster than chip races I've run. Only minus was t-shirt, they usually give out the nicest, softest shirt and this year's shirt was cheap and feels like sandpaper. Bring back the nice shirts and I give it 5 big stars! Thanks for a great race.
This was a well organized and fun race. It would be more professional if you used chips to record the runners' exact time. This is the second time I've come from Mexico City to the race.
Well organized for a totally volunteer event. Great to be able to run in both races -- 5K and 10K, and there are lots of award age categories. Holding the race on Pride Day is a great use of the closed-off streets of WEHO.
I had a great time. I ran the 5k with a friend. Having run many races, I was surprised at how small the crowd was considering it was in LA!
