At a recent track meet, I got the time of 2:36 on an 800m race.
Just a little info: I am 13, a boy, in 7th grade, and my first time competivly running.
At my school, I am training for long distance, takeing 3.6 mile runs on sportfields and hills often.
I am wondering if this is good, my coach said 3:00 is a decent time, and later he said my time was really good.
I want to know what you think, and maybe some feedback on how to train.
