Well honestly I don't believe much in diet and all. Never been concious about the type of diet I should follow. Just following simple way of eating fresh most of seasonal fruits and vegetables with less cholestrol in that. I belive it really working
Just another gimmick. Don't fall for it. Eating a balanced diet with healthy protein, high quality fat, fiber rich carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables is KEY to a healthy diet and if you're looking to lose weight, these attributes are also likely to do just that!
