I am a starting a middle school running club, and I could use some advice and suggestions. The club will last 6 weeks, and there will probably be about 10 students of varying abilities. Having never worked with this young of an age group in terms of running, what could I do to make it fun, interesting, and also safe? I have ideas of my own but would love to hear from you all. If there are any running games that we could try one week, that would be good.
