I just started running. Can anyone give me some tips on propper stretching before and after my runs? Does anyone know of any good websites on this subject?

I found this article in Runner's World Magazine. I really like their website too. There is a lot of information on it.
I also recommend foam rolling after any intense workouts, running, or strength training. it helps breakdown the lactic acid build up, and really makes a diffence in next day soreness level. Hope that helps

Thank you for the link. There was a lot of useful info. I liked the fact they had a video showing how to do the stretches.
