First Tri and 2nd Marathon

Hello-

 

I'm always training for a half marathon, which includes strength training and Zumba, about one half a month is what I like to do.  And I did a full marathon 3/31/12 and my next is 10/6/12.  My first tri is 9/16/12.  I also have a half (Disneyland 1/2) 2 weeks before the tri.  I think I want to do the Olympic.  I'm looking for a Road bike, no experience here.  And I'm going to start swimming next week, with a coach. No real experience here (except that I generally know how to swim and can body surf, etc- been years tho.)

 

I pretty much don't want to change my marathon training.  But want to add the other sports along with.  So- Just curious if anybody else does both and how often you swim, bike and run per week.  Are brick workouts important every week or just once in a while?
