I actually used to work with her years ago, and have never met someone so kind and good with kids. I know she ran into some trouble after the murders in her family. I'm sorry if you had a bad experience with her, but throughout all the years I watched her in her own games, and go onto training kids, getting them full rides within a few years, and always working out payment plans with parents alot times being pro bono, she has my 100% recommendation. You should try and get ahold of her and get your $ back if that is the honest case of what happened.
