I've been lifting weights - dumbbells, barbells, snatches, kettleballs, rowing and lots of other stuff. But for the past 4 weeks I've developed a tennis elbow and been staying away from them. I'm a runner and have done a few 1/2 and full marathons and getting ready for a BQ this Fall. I felt weight training helped me increase my pace. With tennis elbow, what kind of workouts are suggested for strength training ?
