there is this kid on my team who starts over me but he is not good am way better than him the prblem is he si more atletic than me everytime we play 1 on 1i beat him so any help on what i should do to get starting spot and more pt cause i dont play a lot and am not atletic but am good bsakeball wise
My advice would be to do some different plyometric exercises such as jump squats (do a squat then forcefully jump up), and jump rope to improve your athleticism. Also, during practices try to put in as much effort as you possibly can. The harder you work the better your chance is that your coach will notice it. Once the coach notices I'll bet that you win out the starting job.
