After putting this off for months, I am starting my first day of the program this morning. I have let myself become consumed with work over the past years and the consequences have been unhealthy choices and weight gain. So after looking at myself in the mirror lastnight, I have decided enough is enough. I will post my progress after each run. Any recommendations as far as breakfast goes? Should I eat after or before the run? I know during my 5 years in the military we ate after working out.
