Got a little too happy in the last quarter-mile, ran a little too fast, and tweaked my right hamstring. I was only running the last quarter-mile at 7:30 mile pace, and theoretically I am capable of running a quarter-mile at 5:00 mile pace, but my right hamstring doesn't agree with that theory. You are only as capable as your weakest link. I injured that hamstring a couple of years ago and it has been sensitive ever since.
