This workout has made me a good player and gave me fundamentals. My only dilemma is I don't have alot of confidence. In practice I always look like the best player on team. In game I try crossing and it hits my leg, I shoot and it's an airball... I need a drill that will help me overcome this!
2.) 50 Push-Ups
3.) 50 Sit-Ups
4.) 50 Knee-Squats w/ 20 Pound Weights
5.) 50 Weight-Lifts (Each Arm/20 Pounds)
6.) 5 Minutes of Jump-Rope
7.) 5 Minutes of Cone Drill (Practices driving to a defender then switch and do same thing on weak hand over and over again)
8.) 5 Minutes of Chair Drill (Practice driving using a chair as defender)
9.) 5 Minutes of Weak-Hand Dribble Practice

I agree you might not be practicing game speed so when it's game time the pace might be too fast for you. It's OK to overcome this you make practice harder than the game and the game will be a walktrough and become so easy. If you have confidence in your game as well during gametime that is all you need. Just be yourself and know your abilities of what you can and cannot do. Don't over do anything. BE YOURSELF and have CONFIDENCE. Good Luck.
