Worcester Heat Softball is looking for former collegiate softball players to coach many or our teams through the 2012-2013 season.

Our organizational focus and philosophy is to emphasize player and character development in a fun and competitive atmosphere. We are very committed to providing the best coaching available to our players. For that reason we hope to recruit former collegiate athletes who are committed to teaching young women to play the game they love.

We do have resources to offer compensation for your time and energy. Compensation would be commensurate with the role, the applicant's experience, and the level of commitment.
