Inspire Bootcamp, the most efficient interval-training-based group exercise program available in Northern New Jersey is for you! This program is not the typical boot camp - get fit without getting screamed at, utilizing sports movement skill progressions instead of the typical "Paris Island" styled repetitive calisthenics. Inspire Bootcamp is led by 33-year veteran trainer, Neal Pire, NSCA-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine. Neal has worked extensively with athletes at all levels – from the developmental Soccer player, to the Olympic figure skater, to the NFL Pro football player. He has served on the Sports Medicine Team for USA Track and Field and the New York City Marathon, and is currently a Strength and Conditioning Specialist for USA Swimming’s Sports Medicine and Science Network. Inspire Bootcamp brings his unique training philosophy to Weekend Warriors and "beginner housewives" alike who will get the benefit of improved agility and "sport-speed", inaddition to enhanced physical conditioning.
Bootcamp sessions are challenging and vigorous, but specific exercise progressions are adjusted for those participants with special needs. InspireBootcamp has "inspired" participants with heart disease, low back pain, diabetes, and even one on verge of getting a knee replacement.
