When I say daily workout I mean like 100 pushups, 200 situps stuff like that. And if you tell me to run I wanna know how many miles.
Try running in spurts such as 1 min sprinting and then taking a 30 second rest and do this for about 30-45 mins.
Well running doesn't get you better at the sport itself, it just makes you better on your feet. You can run 24/7 and you will still lack ball handling ability or a decent shot...
