I created this thread so people can share what their basketball workout was that they did that day. So every day write a post on your workout and basketball related activity and what you did to get better.

i did 1000 jump shots 150 pushups and situps.jumprope for 25 minutes with ankle weights.ran 2 miles.practice my defence.

ran 1.5 miles then did 45 minutes of ball-handling and played pick-up ball with some older guys for an hour
i am recovering from a knee injury so i did 200 jump shots, ball handling drills, and played 1 on 1 for 25 minutes. i also lifted some weights and did a lot of situps.

I have a game later today so I didn't want to go to hard on my self so I ran 2 miles, practiced jumpshots for 5 minutes, and did 100 pushups. After my game I might do more pushups and situps but it'll be around 10:00 so if I do I'll reply again with my improved workout numbers.
What'd you do to your knee?
over time from jumping too much i got patellar tendonitis, but now i wear a knee sleeve so i can get back to full strength on my shot, but tomorow is supposed to be cool, and i'm right in the middle of this summer drought so tomorow is going to be a big training day for me.

yesterday i did 1000 jumpshots 200 pushups and situps ,also i lifted some weights.i ran 3 miles.i was drained.i had a game yesterday 2hours after i trained.my team won 43 to 25. i had 10 points 10 assist 10 rebounds 3 blocks 3 steals 2 turnovers.

Yesterday I did 150 push ups, shot 100 jumpshots, and ran 1 mile.
Run 2 miles, put up 200 jumpers, 200 situps and pushups, and do some suicides. Also about 30 minutes of ball handling.
i shot about 200 jumpers, did a speed ride on my bike for a couple miles (went really fast), and that was yesterday, so today after i did my dish washing job for two hours (it pays pretty well) i rode my bike to and from there, it's not an official job or anything, then i did a fifteen minutes workout just for my upper body since my legs are pretty much spent for today, and then i'm gonna do ball handling today for about thirty minutes and study the game.

i wake up at about 9 and run for roughly 3 miles and then head up to the gym and then i shoot about 150 jumpers then i do handle drills for about 20 mins then i work on defense for about 10 mins and then i work out i bench press, leg press, 12 chin ups, 120 pushups, 175 situps, and then i head to the city pool and hang out and swim and then I rest at home and i like to maintain a healty diet with lots of pasta and grilled chicken tofu LOTS AND LOTS of water and fruits and veggies

I shoot 200 jumpers,hold a squat position(3sets of 3min),calf raises(2sets of 20 on each leg),100 pushups and 100 situps.i do ball handling but i practice in my backyard and there are lots of roots.so i use them as defenders

I shot 500 jump shots, did 150 pushups on the perfect pushup, did 250 crunches, did 100 leg lifts, drank 4 bottles of water ( to stay hydrated) and jump roped for 25mins. I also did ball handling for 5mins.
