    Chocolate Milk?

    Skim chocolate milk is the best single recovery drink after any workout, but especially after a hard or long run.  Perfect combo of nutrients and balance of calories.  And because it has chocolate, it seems like you are treating yourself to something you may be staying away from during training. One large glass normally will do the trick.
