Hi, I'm 5"1 and I need help on howing to get my jump up higher. Any help would be appreciated.

Do calf raises, 150-250 a day then when you go outside to practice start with layups jump AS HIGH AS YOU CAN while doing your layups, and oncee the calf raises get easy hold dumbells.
I am the same hight and had the same problem. Try bank shots.I don't know why but they work better. If you don't like that, jump higher and higher every day untill you get stonger.
Everyone genetics different their is a way to evaluate your weaknesses and attack them from all angles!! This is best way to determine what excersizes you really need to jump Higher and with more force...
