    Re: Lady Warriors 2012-2013 Season

After our second year, I can proudly say the Lady Warriors are a group of wonderful, hard-working young women with excellent coaching.  Are the coaches tough sometimes, telling the girls things they may not want to hear?  Of course.  As parents, we struggle with this, too.  After all, each of us believes our own child is the rock star of the team.  The Lady Warrior coaches simply set the bar high and expect the girls to work hard, striving for improvement and success.   This is what good coaches do, and we have two of them.  They are approachable and always happy to explain their coaching decisions when asked.  My daughter has learned so much from them.  She is turning into a strong player because of their knowledge, skill, and willingness to teach her.

Two consecutive trips to Nationals, and a group of players that have become almost inseparable in their free time says a lot.  Something is definitely being done right...
