Hello guys, I have been experiencing some lower back pain which has been preventing me from my training and basketball both. Any helpful tips to help improve my lower back pain. I already do back flexibility and strenthening excercises to help ease the pain, but would still like some helpful insight on this. Thanks again.
use some icy hot and ibuprofen on your back. also, do some back strengthining drills like push ups and sit ups or crunches
