FIELD 5 (HIT AWAY FIELD)

HIT AWAY  has been a well-established program in the Houston area for the past 14 years.  The program is led by Dee and Julie Lindley, managing our GOLD level team. 

Our second year 14U team head coach is Herb Bilbao.  His dedicated coaching staff, Mr. George Sanders and Mr. Charles Tanksley, have coached at the GOLD level and have assisted many players in achieving their goal of playing college softball. 

GOAL:  To compete against the highest level of competition and pursue a berth at 14U A ASA Nationals in the summer of 2013.  As well, we are registered to compete at Ronald McDonald.  This year's development will be spent on fundamentals in preparation for college recruiting that begins at the 16U and GOLD levels.  The team will focus on teaching how to be recruited.
