We are a kid development organization that focuses on our player's development.  We are not concerned with the number of wins and tournament placement.  If we are doing our job, then the rest will take care of itself.  We are a very strong organization that has grown every year because of our reputation as having quality, competitive teams, young ladies who conduct themselves with pride and respect for others, and because my parents are quality parents.  We turn very talented girls away, unfortunately at times, because of their parents not meeting our standards.  As a new 10U team, all positions are open and every position is earned.  All of my head coaches do not have kids on the term so "daddy ball" doesn't apply.  I have reviewed your other postings.  If you are interested in our organization, then bring your daughter and have her tryout.  We have very high standards for our players and our parents.  We may not always keep the best girls, but we ALWAYS keep quality girls and parents.  If you are interested in just winning then maybe our organization may not be for you.
