today i did 720 jumpshots 100 pushups and siups. jump rope for 15 minutes.work on handeling for 30 minutes.ran 2 miles.played pickup games for 2 hours.work on post game.

oalcantar, a good way to get better at your mid range shot is just to practice shooting. Take a few hundred jumpers each day and you'll improve!!!
I did 425 jumpshots, 30 minutes of ball handling, 200 situps, a couples of suicides, a couple of sprints, and about a mile run. Tommorrow I start the Michael Jordan Flight School.

Ran 1 mile, did a 1min wall sit, ball handling for 25mins, 150 pushups, 150 crunches, and 1000 jump shots.
today did 1100 jump shots 200 pushups and situps.ran 2 miles.did 100 jumping jacks.work on post moves and ball handeling.also played pickup.

Wow, you are tough on yourself but that's really good. Keep workin hard like that and you'll be goin places with basketball.
thanks next cp3 i gonna keep on training and working hard im never satisfied. scchool just started so i havent been able to train alot today i did 200 jumpshots 50 pushups amd situps.did 20 mins of pickup.would of train longer but got homework

Yesterday I worked on my left hand for 10min. did pickup for 2 hours and 30minutes and me and my friend even beat some high scholars. I also did 150pushups.

Just curious but why do you run 2 miles? Is it for cardio or do you just like ending a workout that way? After my workouts I just jog a lap then stretch. Should I be doing more?

i run 2 help my cardio and to be in shape sometimes just for fun
