In order for consideration said catcher must meet the following requirements:

1.  Live in Northwest Indiana/Chicagoland

2.  Must be 110% committed to softball first

3.  Have a "fighter's heart" without a primadonna's attitude

4.  Be willing to put the team before herself at all times

5.  Must be born in 1998 or later, preferably in 8th grade

6.  Needs to have a solid throwing arm and a fierce bat

In order for consideration the parents of said catcher must meet the following requirements:

1.  Must never create any kind of drama

2.  Must have realistic expectations and realizations of their daughter's skill level

3.  Must be willing to fundraise

4.  Must never put their child before anyone else's

5.  Must have a sense of humor and want to have a good time

6.  Must encourage their own player in a positive manner at all times

7.  Must never be a sideline coach
