This was a thread I started 9 weeks ago when a group of us were starting the Couch to 5K beginners running program. I knew we'd (I'd) need some additional accountability, so I thought a consistent check-in would do us all some good. So, we all added our names and put an "X" when we'd done a run.
That's the chart of DOOOOM.
You'll probably find more suitable tracking tools in the main content of this page (they've a feature where you can easily log each run and miles, even weather and which shoes you wore). Plenty of running tools and programs out there, if you search.
