Getting back in shape!

Hey guys! I went on vacation and just got back yesterday. I was visiting family for 5 weeks and during those five weeks I kind of got out of shape a bit. I'm not at my best. I tried but whenever I did my workouts my family would interrupt and basketball isn't real big where I went. That kind of sucked. I just need some tips, workouts, or drills to help get me to my 100% ASAP! Anything is appreciated!

Run a few miles every day. It'll get you sweating and your cardio will increase.

Uhh i know what you feel. Over the summer I have not been traing just doing drills. I havnt gained any weight its I feel like I have gained 200 pounds. I asked a trainer on how to fix this and he said its normal your body is used to working hard. His advice do 100 elevated push-ups, 100 sits-ups, pull ups and a 1 mile run every night. You will feel in shape after a few days.

windsprints and run some drills, just the basics, i know how you feel. i've been a bum for the past 2 weeks playing video games so i'm trying to get back to normal too.

"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."-Michael Jordan
