Getting back in shape!

Hey guys! I went on vacation and just got back yesterday. I was visiting family for 5 weeks and during those five weeks I kind of got out of shape a bit. I'm not at my best. I tried but whenever I did my workouts my family would interrupt and basketball isn't real big where I went. That kind of sucked. I just need some tips, workouts, or drills to help get me to my 100% ASAP!
Anything is appreciated!
Run a few miles every day. It'll get you sweating and your cardio will increase.

Uhh i know what you feel. Over the summer I have not been traing just doing drills. I havnt gained any weight its I feel like I have gained 200 pounds. I asked a trainer on how to fix this and he said its normal your body is used to working hard. His advice do 100 elevated push-ups, 100 sits-ups, pull ups and a 1 mile run every night. You will feel in shape after a few days.
windsprints and run some drills, just the basics, i know how you feel. i've been a bum for the past 2 weeks playing video games so i'm trying to get back to normal too.
