I hit the snooze button to many times this morning so I
was late for work ooops oh well let them yell I don't care!
I have 13 planned for tonight.

Good Morning Everyone. I am tired once again. I can't seem to get myself to bed before midnight in the summer. Hopefully I will get more sleep when baseball is over. I am going to walk the dog and then do some weights.

CJ - Hey Cutey! glad you got that run in.

Suds - nice workout this morning. Are you running Falmouth this weekend too?

Ron - Please try to enjoy the peace and quiet. I know I would enjoy it for about 1/2 the day and then I wouldn't know what to do with myself.

Ty - i am so glad your hip is feeling better. Have a good walk today.

Lee - Work stinks! Have a good day and a good 13 later. I got offered a number for Falmouth and I am so bummed I can't run it with you and Ky. I am so itching to run longer and faster but I am going to follow my program. I have a 5K planned for Sep 30 in Taunton though - interested?

I'm going to shoot for 7 today. Despite falling asleep before 9 with the kids, I am still tired! DS6 was up in the night crying because his legs hurt - he's been riding his bike a lot for the last 2 days.

Ron ~ Try to enjoy the quiet - I know what you mean though. While I do enjoy it when dh takes the kids shopping or something for awhile, I start missing them after only a few hours.

Just got back from 4.5 miles and I'm melting like an ice cream cone! I must go shower soon! No pain in the foot again so maybe it was just a charlie horse.

Ron: My four kiddos were gone over the weekend a couple of weeks ago and it was so quiet I could hardly stand it.

Alemma: Yum, lasagna! I think I must check my cupboards to see if I have the fixins to make some myself.

Back from my run, decided to just run my 4 and forgo a shower before taking my daughters for there things this morning. I had already ran two run this week of only 3 so needed to do the four today!!

LEEMBO..........hope the extra sleeps does you some good since you have 13 later today!! Have a good day at work!!

Andi........my daughter has a really tight group of girlfriends and they all support each other. They support her when trying out for cheerleading and they have supported the girls that tried out for drill team. Nice to have such good friends.

MFarr...........((((DS)))) I remember when my girls would get legs cramps and pain at night, thats miserable for them!! Hope hes better today!!

Just saying hi - I am in a coffee shop killing time before my all-day meeting begins... dh just got here to have coffee with me. Life is good.

Ran 4 this morning and am riding 10-15 tonight. I am getting so hooked on the bike!
