Yeah Ray, I've read about a gazillion (is that a number?) articles on how to taper for a marathon and they're pretty consistent. Cut mileage to 80% the first week, 60 the second and 30 the week of the race. I actually feel pretty good right now, but am looking forward to the reduced mileage that's finally here...lol
