16 Sep - Sun.

I finished the Philly RnR half in 2:14:02, a litlle slower than I hoped. I was looking for a 10 minute pace, about 3 minutes faster. I have a feeling I lost a lot of that in the first mile (~2 mins.), though I ran out of gas in the last mile. I have been neglecting my core work since changing jobs, and I could feel it toward the end.

I was back at the track jack! --- 8 x 0.25 miles. Wind was blowing kinda hard today and it is really frustrating trying to open up and have that strong wind in the face.

Good work Len. The goal is the marathon. You ended up with a real good training run.

Good job Len and Sky!   Len that is not a bad time, and a great training run for MCM.

I rested on Sun, but had a very hard LR on Sat 17 miles with a lot pace work.  I am running the Marine Corps Half Marathon next week-end.
