Eclipse 1st Annual JTCF Fall Charity Fundraiser 14u Fastpitch Tournament

When: Friday, October 12th to Sunday, October 14th, 2012, Games begin Friday night under the lights at Fireman's Field (not required to play Friday)

Held at Fireman's Park Field (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and Niagra Varsity Field (Saturday & Sunday) in LINDENHURST, NY

We are running this tournament as a fundraiser supporting the JOHN THEISSEN CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION, HELPING SICK & NEEDY CHILDREN ACROSS LONG ISLAND. This is a great charitable organization helping those in need across Long Island!

Tournament Format: 4-game minimum.  3-game pool-play on Friday & Saturday.  Plus a single-elimination playoff on Sunday.

Trophies for 1st and runner-up.  MVP Medals on Friday & Saturday.  1 ump per game in pool play, 2 umps per game in playoffs.

Cost: Only $340 per team, plus each team must bring a donation of 12 to 15 brand new toys (1 per player/12 minimum) for the John Theissen Children's Foundation Toy Drive

(or) if your team doesn't want to bring toys, a team donation by check made out to JTCF for $150 is acceptable.  All donations are tax-deductible.
