23 Sep - Sun

Had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. Finally decided to do 10 to 12, depending on time. That changed to 10 as I went along, which turned out to be a good thing. About half a mile from home Sue called and said she'd be ready in an hour (released from hospital). Then when I got home my legs reminded me that I ran a half last weekend. So 10 turned out to be just right.

Good job Len. I find for the many days when schedules are crammed and nothing seems to fit, there are other days, with no planning, everything fits together like a hand in a glove

I ran 20 miles today. It was like pulling teeth to get out there. I finished under the shadows of the bright half moon.

Len,  Good job glad your wife is home!

Sky:  Nice job on your 20!

I did a easy trail bike ride, legs were sore from Sat's 1/2.  I ran a 1/2 on Sat Marine Corps Half Marathon, ran it a tad faster than I had planned, a very good time but the bad news was I was ready for it to be over and glad I did not have another 13.1 to run.
