Runs & workouts, Monday, October 1, 2012

3 miles on the treadmill, 1% incline, in 22:22 (7:27 mile pace).

 

This was maybe a liittle quicker than I should have run. All I really need to do is stay healthy for my fitness test on Saturday, October 13 (pushups, situps, 2 mile run).
