For handles try getting used to pounding the ball hard. What position do you play? If you're a post or PF you don't need to worry about having Super Handles but for SF,SG, and PG you got to practice your normal moves but at a higher and more intense pace. Also training you CNS (Central Nervous System) to be able to handle 2 balls at one time. Whatever you can do with 2 balls will me simple with 1 right? So get used to doing 2 ball handling drills.
