6 miles 53:26. mile 4 - 36:16, mile 5 - 8:56, mile 6 - 8:14. Mild and cool (low 70s).
A day late again...
Another day riding the mtn bike on the railtrail, 8 miles in 39:31. I've been a little sore since the 5K and riding the bike to give my running muscles a break.
Mike, the Dallas half sounds like a lot of fun, wish I could make it down there.
