I ran in the Pink Ribbon Run on October 6, 2012. The run itself was great-good course, good traffic control from the police. The coourse is a bit congested at the beginnning and would benefit from a staggered start, where 10 K runners left a bit before 5K. Not having timing chips made it difficult-but probably resulted in better fund raising. After the race was over, the director dismissed us, saying that the results would be in the paper Sunday and awards would be mailed. It is now Wednesday, 4 days after the race-no notification, no results... If you are concerned about brease cancer and want to donate, this is a good cause. If you also are competitive and want to know how you did compared to others, find another run.
